Unfortunately due to a planning issue between the Balado site owner and the planning authorities within Perth & Kinross Council along with the Health & Safety executive, there is no planning permission to hold our event at Balado this year. It is with regret that we have to inform everyone there will be no Balado rally held by the Scottish Traction Engine Society in 2011.
We are hoping the situation can be resolved for 2012
